Our Staff and students at the Hebrew school were very saddened to hearof the passing of our beloved Cantor Pliskin. We knew that we could always count on him to lead us in the anthems for all our special occasions and he always did so with such graciousness. Our students were also so fortunate to have him guide them in their Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparations.

He truly cared and always maintained his high and exacting standards to bring out the very best in them. He exemplified what teaching children is all about. The presence of so many past and present students that attended his funeral was very telling.

We offer our sincere condolences to his wife, children, and grandchildren. May they be comforted with the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
